REQUIREMENTS FOR
REGISTRATION
1. Read and Affirm the Policy Statement and School Philosophy
2. Students entering Kindergarten must be 5 on or before September 30. First grade students must be 6 on or before September 30.
3. Provide the following records for each student:
School Entry Medical
Form including school
physical and immunizations
7th grade requirements can be accessed at:

A copy of the Birth Certificate
A copy of the Social Security Card
Previous School Records
A completed Application Form
A completed Curriculum Form

5. Students in grades 1-7 will be administered the Stanford Achievement Test during the week of the day school's spring break. Students in grade 8 will be given the EXPLORE test.

RETURNING FAMILY REGISTRATION
Registration in the Home School Program is available by mail for those families who have been registered with Knoxville Christian School's Home School Program for at least one year. You may mail your registration forms to us before August 1 of the school year for which you are registering. The address is:

If you prefer to register in person, registration will be on the following date at Knoxville Christian School:
July 25, 2012 from 1:30-3:00 p.m.
